1. Where is my order? Back to Top

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order unless the products specified the approximate date that they will be shipped.
  • Please note that business days are Monday - Friday.
  • Orders placed on Friday will take 2 more days to process because we are closed on the weekends.
  • Once the order was shipped, you will be getting a tracking number through e-mail.
  • You may also check the order status on our website.

  • Yes, all of our products are BRAND NEW unless specified.

3. How do I find the right length of cane for my height? Back to Top

  1. Put on the your walking shoes.
  2. Stand as upright as possible.
  3. Allow both arms fall to the sides naturally (with normal relaxed bend at the elbow).
  4. Take a tape measurer and measure from the wrist joint (bottom crease at the wrist) down to the floor. Please round up to the nearest half inch. Best to have someone else measure for you.

  • We use 3 different carriers to ship our products: Fedex, UPS, or USPS.

Yahoo uses the Stronghold secure server, currently the second-best selling secure server software and, in our opinion, the best product technically.   • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

  • We only charge sales tax to packages that are billed or shipped to California.

  • We offer a 30 day return policy (from the date of the shipment). Please see our return policy page. You must request for a return authorization number before returning any packages.

  • Yes, our website has Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology (the same technology that banks use), which will make it impossible for anyone to steal your information.

10. What is the weight bearing capacity for your canes? Back to Top

  • Our one piece crook handle canes will support weight up to 250 pounds.
  • All two piece canes with metal band connectors are designed for style and are not meant to be weight bearing canes. They should be used as walking aids.
  • Our Hercules series offers canes that will support up to 500 pounds (listed under Canes/Barriatric).

  • Yes, we do. Please choose the Paypal button at the shopping cart page to submit your order via Paypal.

  • Yes, we currently ship to United States, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.

  • simplymedsupply.com respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site, will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mail you will receive from simplymedsupply.com will be in regard to your order, RMA status and other information you may have requested.

  • You can locate your order # on the shipping label of the package. If it is shipped by Fedex, please click here to see the Fedex Label. The order # or invoice # will be where the label shows INVOICE #. If your order was shipped via USPS, click here to see the USPS label. The order # or invoice # will be between the brackets. Or you may contact us with your billing zip code and e-mail address so that we can check it for you.

  • Canes are used in the hand that is on the opposite side of the injury.

16. What length should my cane be for proper use? Back to Top

  • The proper way to measure a cane is as follows:

    1. Remove the rubber tip from the cane
    2. Turn the cane upside down
    3. On the side opposite the injury, place the cane against your hip.
    4. With a slight bend in your elbow, mark the cane where it meets your wrist bone.
    5. Cut cane at that height and replace the tip.
    6. Patient should consult doctor or therapist for proper walking gait.
